AL
Aluminium
The go-to choice for weight-sensitive parts. Excellent machinability keeps cycle times short and tolerances tight. 6061 covers most applications; 7075 for high-strength; 5083 for marine environments.

- Corrosion resistance: High
- Surface finishes: Anodize, powder coat, as-machined
FE
Steel
Structural steel (S235, S355) for load-bearing and general industrial parts. Stainless (SS304, SS316) for food machinery, chemical, and marine applications requiring corrosion resistance.
Grades available
- Machinability: Good
- Weight: High strength-to-weight
- Corrosion resistance: Low–High (grade dependent)
- Surface finishes: Passivation, powder coat, as-machined
