The binding operational agreement outlining SYG Industrial's technical coordination model, quality assurances, and legal obligations.
SECTION_01_COORDINATION
SYG Industrial operates under a "Technical Coordination" model. When you issue a purchase order or accept a technical quote, your legal agreement, liability protection, and financial transaction is strictly with SYG Industrial B.V., not the underlying manufacturing partner.
We assume full responsibility for supplier auditing, matching, capacity allocation, material procurement verification, and final quality control documentation. This structure simplifies your vendor management into a single, highly reliable node.
SECTION_02_QUALITY_GUARANTEE
Re-work or Refund Policy: If the delivered components do not conform to the agreed-upon technical drawing tolerances (standard ISO 2768-m unless otherwise specified), we will remake the parts at our expense or issue a full refund.Our in-house engineering team verifies component conformity using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and First Article Inspection (FAI) reports prior to global logistics dispatch. Claims regarding non-conformity must be submitted within 14 days of physical delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence and/or local metrology documentation.
SECTION_03_AUTOMATED_NDA
To accelerate the prototyping and production cycle without sacrificing legal security, an automated Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) legally binds both parties the exact moment a digital package (CAD file, PDF, or specification sheet) is uploaded via our quoting infrastructure.
This NDA legally prohibits SYG Industrial, its employees, and its subsidiaries from disclosing, reproducing, or reverse-engineering your uploaded intellectual property for any purpose other than executing your requested manufacturing order.
