From Drawing to Delivered Parts
Send your drawings
Upload your files and share the basic project requirements, such as material, quantity, target timing, and any important tolerances. If needed, you can also contact us first to align on the request before sending everything.
Review the quotation
We review the request and prepare a clear quotation based on the available information. If something needs clarification, we come back with practical questions so the scope is understood before production planning begins.
Confirm the order
Once the quotation and technical scope are approved, we confirm the order and prepare the production handover. This is the point where drawings, quantities, and expectations are aligned before manufacturing moves forward.
Production coordination
We coordinate the job with the appropriate manufacturing setup based on the part type, material, and batch size. The aim is to keep production practical, controlled, and suitable for the specific request.
Quality checks and documentation
Parts are reviewed against the agreed requirements before shipment. Where relevant, measurements, visual checks, and supporting documentation are prepared so the delivery matches the expected scope as closely as possible.
Post-delivery support
Your point of contact remains available during and after delivery, so follow-up questions, documentation requests, or additional needs can be handled without delay. We do not treat shipment as the end of the process; we stay reachable if anything needs clarification after the parts arrive.

Do you sign NDAs before reviewing drawings?
Yes. If your internal policy requires a Non-Disclosure Agreement before sharing technical files, we are prepared to review and sign one. Contact us at contact@sygindustrial.com before submitting your drawings and we will arrange it.
Who can see my drawings and technical files?
Your files are only shared with the people directly involved in preparing your quotation or coordinating production — typically our internal team and the relevant manufacturing partner. They are treated as confidential and are not used for any other purpose.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed minimum. We work with prototype quantities (1–3 pieces), pilot series (10–50 pieces), and larger production runs. The right approach depends on your part type, material, and timeline, which we assess when reviewing your request.
How do I request a quotation?
Use the Get Quote form to upload your drawings and share the basic requirements — material, quantity, and target timing. If you have questions before sending files, you can also contact us first to align on the scope.
What file types do you accept?
We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, and PDF. STEP is preferred for 3D geometry; DXF or PDF with clear dimensions works for 2D drawings. If you are unsure, upload what you have and we will confirm whether additional information is needed.
