Stringent guidelines governing the secure intake, anonymization, and distribution of intellectual property within the SYG manufacturing ecosystem.
SECTION_01_ANONYMIZATION
Our core mechanism for protecting client data is strict pre-production anonymization. Before any 3D model (STEP, IGES, STL) or 2D technical drawing (DWG, PDF) is dispatched to a manufacturing partner for review or physical production, our engineering systems strip the file of all identifying metadata.
This includes, but is not limited to: company names embedded in titles, custom client logos present on title blocks, author metadata within the file properties, and proprietary project naming conventions. Files receive an encrypted internal UUID, ensuring the manufacturing floor operators have zero knowledge of the end-client.
SECTION_02_IP_GUARANTEE
We do not, and will never, sell your design data. Your Intellectual Property (IP) remains solely yours and is stored on encrypted servers.SYG Industrial operates as a technical coordinator, meaning we are the sole interface interacting with your data. Manufacturing partners are granted access strictly on a "need-to-know" basis for the duration of the physical production cycle. Upon completion and delivery of components, temporary access to the anonymized production files is revoked.
SECTION_03_TRANSMISSION
All data uploaded via the technical quote form is secured using AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest. Communications between our servers and our cloud infrastructure rely on industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocols. Access to these secure environments is limited strictly to cleared in-house engineers performing Design for Manufacturing (DfM) analysis.
