SECTION_01_ENGINEERING_PURPOSE
We gather technical data—including 3D models, 2D drawings, tolerances, material requirements, and volume expectations—for the strict and singular purpose of providing Design for Manufacturing (DfM) analysis, generating cost estimates, and executing production.
Our ingestion engines analyze part geometries (undercuts, wall thicknesses, tooling access) to instantly match your component with the precise machine capability required within our ecosystem, minimizing overhead and cost while guaranteeing quality.
SECTION_02_RETENTION
Standard Data Archive: Technical data is securely archived for 2 years to facilitate rapid one-click reordering and version control tracking.Client data, including all associated technical drawings and CAD files, can be permanently purged from our servers, backups, and network infrastructure immediately upon user request. If a deletion request is executed, any future re-orders will require a fresh technical evaluation and upload.
SECTION_03_TELEMETRY
We utilize basic operational cookies and Google Tag Manager (GTM) telemetry to monitor funnel drop-off points, latency issues, and platform UX bottlenecks. This data is strictly statistical and cannot be mapped to individual IP addresses or specific user identities. These logs are used purely to improve the speed and usability of our secure quoting engine.
